Today’s world teenagers and youngsters passes through thought processes that they were not prepared for.

We are not told change is coming for the mind too.Blindsided for most of all,we should prepare there minds too.

It is okay to be the way you are.

Annoyingly Optimistic

Some Days the hate
Eats me alive
And course through my veins
Mixing with blood
It makes me vulnerable
Angry, Ashamed.
Second guessing the whole
phenomenon called the

‘Character of mine’
I second guess each word I said

The obsession of being nice,
It costs me self respect,dignity
And then you ask me why don’t you react,
For that the answer is,
On split side I am doing a practical course called
“Experience in patience” .

Some Days gets the best of us and make you feel pathetic losers and we all go through it often.

You want run away or just face it but its simple said than done.

So I always as a annoyingly optimistic person think of all the good things about the worst of situations and it mostly helps me get out of it alive.

I have always associated love with pain,it feels like love-pain is a deadly combination.

I don’t usually write about love but since its valentines day week is coming up this one special.

PS:Love is in the air and not in heart.

Exhausted Introvert

Man oh! man I am done talking to people now.Cant do it anymore,while smiling and stuff.


Let me just face it I am equally awkward and equally hyped when I talk to people let it be friends or colleague and at times with family too.


So I just have to realise the truth,accept the fact and not try to indulge in what I am not.


Freeing yourself from things you don’t want to do because of social obligations or doing what people do these days is taking a toll on our mental well-being.
Its always good to start with what you want and do not want?Are you comfortable doing things you want to do?.It all matters when you are in a social setting.


Being who you are should not be a bad thing,time passes by quickly and do you want live all that time thinking about the things you could have done.
Its always best when you are free from your own thinking spree.
Being what you are matters.that’s all for the thought.


As for me not going to interact with people for some time,and gong to save some energy.

PS:Fall in love with yourself, before chasing down someone.

Living in your head

Want to disappear for sometime but

When you think about it we are all disappearing

Just blocking out the things we don’t want to see


Ignoring the issues that do not want to be acknowledged


We are hiding for the most part

10 Things to keep in mind in life.

Maybe you do follow them,or you might have forgotten,or don’t care at all.10 things to keep in mind:

1.Smile often as you can.

This will help you feel good about yourself.


2.Help somebody you know,or don’t know,even if its something small.

Why not right!with all the things and karma going on and as you are not a superhuman,you would also will need help and that is in a selfish way you say it is some deposits in life you have to do.


3.Drink water.

Okay this is important for your body keeping you body clean from outside is good then keeping it clean is important too and you know it right,so be hydrated.


4 .Talk to your family at least once a week.

This in a way is important and if you are close with your family then cool if not then at least be close with your friends.It will help you as even if you are not acknowledging the fact you need the support.


5.It is important to love and respect yourself.Do remember that.

Its okay to like you and give preference on what you want and what you don’t want.Respect you.


6.Care less about what you have already said and care more on what you are going to say.

This as humans we do differently we always think about stuff we have said already,which not in our hand and say things even before thinking about it.We all have to work on it.


7.Do things that makes you feel good now and after 3 hour and 6 hours too.

This one is important as you see we have this idea that for things we live but what my mantra is do things that you love but not regret within at least 24 hours.If you want to eat the fries think will you regret it later that day don’t do it.


8.Learn something new,even something small like preparing tea or huge as learning sign language will do.

This one I am bad extremely hard on myself as I have started learning French or juggling or sign language or learning to write with my left hand(have improvement).I do think to learn something new is extremely satisfying if you are succeeding but do not give up hope.


9.Always have something with you that you are reading.

Do always have something with you a book or a book or another book that you are reading.Its a good habit.


10.Feeling angry and sad at times are okay,but not always.

Analyse yourself often to see if you are sad or angry at people all the time.As humans we love to be sad, you don’t think so,after the last problem you are facing a new issue,why do you think your brain went there.Its just the way we are wired.No worries because being sad is okay,crying is okay just as laughing.

Its the ups and downward the journey that is life.The one shot,enjoy it.
